* Discuss CM related events, activities, interfaces, inputs, outputs, digital data capture and control methodologies, transition to different levels of control, personnel interaction and communication
* Obtain 'buy in' for 'best CM practices'
* Identify Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system functionality required to implement 'best CM practices' (if applicable)
* Identify CM related issues and concerns
CM Procedure Generation Process:
* Analyze current CM-related processes
* Generate 'Best CM Practices'
detailed procedures draft (one CM process at a time)
* Submit CM procedures draft
for review and markup (one CM process at a time)
* Finalize and submit detailed
CM procedures, including text, templates, figures, flow charts, references, and supporting
documentation
* Test detailed CM
procedures (site) and submit comments
* Update CM procedure
documents and submit final report to site
